Equipment 

4-rings fitness will provide all the required equipment to our members, so they can complete any workout they desire. 4-rings fitness’s Training bays are outfitted with both traditional and untraditional equipment. Each training bay will have a barbell, bench, pull-up bar, high and low cable pulley, plyo box, and adjustable dumbbells. Some untraditional equipment you will find is slant boards, Nordic straps, monkey feet, and a TRX.
